Beau was a muscular bull built for production. He threw growthy, beefy calves with a moderate birth weight. He comes from lines with excellent movement and longevity. His feet were perfection and he tended to stamp them on his calves. He threw good udders, as a rule. He was an easy-going bull and passed on that curious, friendly temperament.
His dam was one of our all-time favourite cows, producing into her late teens until a stifle injury forced her retirement. Unfortunately, Beau followed suit, suffering a severe stifle injury and was euthanized this spring. We have both his daughters and a son available in this sale. Last public offering of his offspring.

We brought Wyoming up from the States, anticipating he would add some strong maternal traits. He had an impeccable temperament. And some crazy horn, to boot. He covered a large group of cows over a large area of rough ground - coming in at the end of season in excellent condition. While he had good depth of heel and angulation, for some reason his front toes grew a little long for our liking. Because the foot conformation was correct, we suspect some environmental impacts at play. We've been closely watching his offspring from last year, and have not noticed any issues with their feet at all. Regardless, we bred him to our best footed cows and "retired" him this past spring.
We've been impressed with the growth of his calves. They are stocky, beefcakes - with really nice temperaments. We've kept a number of bulls and heifers for our own program. The rest are on offer in this year's sale.

Carney was one of those calves you just knew was something special. We used him as a yearling a few years ago, then sold him - with some regret. When the opportunity to buy him back came up, we jumped. He was a solid bull, with excellent feet and movement. His dam was a foundational cow in our fold, producing exceptional calves. His sire, was one of our favourite all time bulls. Carney was easy-going and well mannered, throwing that temperament consistently. Most often described as a brick $hithouse.
In this sale, we offer just one of his offspring - a yearling daughter, Lore at Willow Glen.

Kadium is a young, athletic bull. He reminds us very much of Beauregard at the same age. He is good natured and well put together. His dam, was one of our all-time favourites. Near perfect udder and feet, with plenty of breed character. A substantial cow, with lots of femininity.
We used Kadium as a yearling as clean-up on small group of AI cows last year. Only one didn't take to AI, and that heifer calf is in this year's sale - Mirren of Willow Glen.

We imported Lord Ranald semen from the Killochries Fold in 2023, specifically for his production traits. We run our cattle in very much a commercial manner, so were looking for genetics to complement our methodology. While we only a have a few of his calves on the ground, we are impressed. They are correct with sweet, curious temperaments.
We have one daughter on offering, Mari of Willow Glen. And two lots of 5 straws each.

We imported Honor from the States this spring from a demanding beef ranch. This boy knows how to work. He is athletic and correct. Perfect feet and an impeccable temperament. He comes from lines known for both exceptional quality and longevity.
He covered a large group of cows in some demanding terrain, handily for us this year. So, while we have no calves of his on the ground, a cross-bred heifer in the sale should have an Honor babe on board.
